在英语阅读教学过程中教师只注重分析语法知识与语言点,而忽略培养学生的运用语言能力,因此就造成了英语课堂教学缺乏趣味性,从而使学生觉得英语枯燥乏味,。多元智能理论认为教师应当尊重每个学生本身的智能特点,设计更科学有效的课堂活动以促进学生多元智能的发展和全面发展。因此,本研究将多元智能理论应用到高中英语阅读教学中,目的是为了有效地激发学生的阅读兴趣,从而提高学生英语阅读的技巧及能力。
In the process of reading teaching in English, the teacher only pays attention to the analysis of grammatical knowledge and language points while neglecting the cultivation of students’ ability to use the language. As a result, the English class teaching lacks interestingness, making the students feel dull and boring English. Multivariate theory of intelligence that teachers should respect each student’s own intelligent characteristics, design more scientific and effective classroom activities to promote the development of students with multiple intelligence and all-round development. Therefore, this study applies the theory of multiple intelligences to high school English reading teaching in order to stimulate students ’interest in reading effectively and improve students’ reading skills and abilities.
