高校团建工作历来是高校党建工作和大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,是提高大学生综合素质的重要途径。随着我国民办高等教育迅猛发展和中央和地方相关政策相继出台,有效地指引和促进了民办高校团建工作的开展。但是,也存在一些制约民办高校团建工作发展的因素,本文就此就行了初步探讨。
