鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染多见于小儿,本文收集我科1986年5月至1994年5月八年间所收治的小儿鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染80例,现将临床分析报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料 1986年5月—1994年5月我科经粪便、尿、血培养确诊的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染共126例。其中≤10岁者80例,占63.5%;80例中男53例,占66.24%,女27例,占33.76%;年龄5个月—10岁,入院前病程3天—65天。其中34例有不同程度的基础疾病,内有上呼吸道感染22例,肺炎7 Salmonella typhimurium infection more common in children, this collection of our department from May 1986 to May 1994 eight years admitted to children with Salmonella typhimurium infection in 80 cases, the clinical analysis report is as follows.
