目的:探讨五水头孢唑林钠联合甲硝唑治疗妇科感染的疗效。方法:治疗组五水头孢唑林钠1.5g+甲硝唑注射液0.5g,静脉滴注,每日2次,疗程6～14d。对照组头孢他啶1.5g,静脉滴注,每日2次,疗程6～14d。结果:治疗组有效率为95.1%,对照组有效率为80.6%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组细菌清除率为85.4%,对照组细菌清除率为68.7%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:五水头孢唑林钠联合甲硝唑治疗妇科感染疗效确切、安全可靠。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of cefazolin sodium pentafluoride combined with metronidazole in the treatment of gynecological infections. Methods: The treatment group cefazolin sodium pentasodium 1.5g + metronidazole injection 0.5g, intravenous drip twice daily for 6 ~ 14d. The control group ceftazidime 1.5g, intravenous infusion, 2 times a day, course of treatment 6 ~ 14d. Results: The effective rate was 95.1% in the treatment group and 80.6% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The bacterial clearance rate was 85.4% in the treatment group and 68.7% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with metronidazole in the treatment of gynecological infections is effective, safe and reliable.
