本文研究了新试剂2-[2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(6-Me-BTAEB)与Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在十二烷基硫酸钠存在下新试剂与Fe(Ⅱ)在弱酸性介质中形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,其组成为Fe(Ⅱ)∶6-Me-BTAEB=1∶2,最大吸收波长为635nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.10×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Fe(Ⅱ)浓度在每25mL0~10μg范围内服从比尔定律。在NaF和硫脲存在下方法具有好的选择性。并可用于直接测定铝合金中微量的铁,结果满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of 6-Me-BTAEB with Fe (Ⅱ) was studied for the new reagent 2- [2- (6-methylbenzothiazyl) azo] -5-diethylaminobenzoic acid. The results show that the new reagent and Fe (Ⅱ) form a stable blue-violet complex in weak acid medium in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate and its composition is Fe (Ⅱ): 6-Me-BTAEB = 1: 2 , The maximum absorption wavelength of 635nm, the apparent molar absorption coefficient of 1.10 × 105L · mol-1 · cm-1, Fe (Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 0 ~ 10μg per 25mL obey Bill’s law. The method has good selectivity in the presence of NaF and thiourea. And can be used for direct determination of trace amounts of iron in aluminum alloy, with satisfactory results.
