目的研究马钱子碱对实验性心律失常的影响,为此药的进一步开发提供理论依据。方法分别给小鼠腹腔注射氯仿或静脉注射CaCl2,大鼠静脉注射乌头碱,家兔静脉注射肾上腺素,制成心律失常模型。比较用药组(马钱子碱组)与对照组(生理盐水组)室颤发生率、心律失常维持时间和心律失常潜伏期。结果马钱子破对氯仿、CaCl2引起的小鼠室颤有保护作用、小鼠室颤发生率用药组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);能缩短用药组大鼠马头碱诱发心律失常的持续时间(P<0.01);延长肾上腺素诱发家如C律失常的潜伏期(P<0.01)和心律失常维持时间(P<0.05)。结论写钱子碱对心律失常有一定对抗作用。
Objective To study the effect of strychnine on experimental arrhythmia and provide theoretical basis for the further development of the drug. Methods Mice were given intraperitoneal injection of chloroform or intravenous CaCl2, rats were intravenously injected with aconitine, and rabbits were injected with epinephrine intravenously to make an arrhythmia model. The incidence of ventricular fibrillation, duration of arrhythmia and arrhythmia latency were compared between the drug group (brucine group) and the control group (saline group). RESULTS The results showed that the protection effect of brucea brucea on the ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform and CaCl2 in mice and the incidence of ventricular fibrillation in mice was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01); Duration of arrhythmia (P<0.01); prolonged incubation period of epinephrine-induced home disorders (P<0.01) and duration of arrhythmia (P<0.05). Conclusions Tranquilitide has certain antagonistic effects on arrhythmia.
