我国西北地区许多工程所在地地下水及地基土具有强腐蚀性,同时因气候原因,全年温差较大,这些客观条件都对混凝土的耐腐蚀性能提出较高的要求。通过一系列的耐腐蚀性能试验,研究了5种配方的混凝土耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:采用高抗硫酸盐水泥加阻锈剂配置的C25混凝土的耐腐蚀性能较差,而采用P·O 42.5水泥加矿物掺料配置的C30、C40混凝土的耐腐蚀性能较好。
Groundwater and subsoil in many engineering areas in Northwest China are highly corrosive. At the same time, due to climatic reasons, the annual temperature difference is large. All these objective conditions put forward higher requirements on the corrosion resistance of concrete. Through a series of corrosion resistance tests, the corrosion resistance of concrete with five formulations was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of C25 concrete with high anti-sulfate cement and anti-rust agent is poor, while the corrosion resistance of C30 and C40 concrete with P · O 42.5 cement plus mineral admixture is better.
