党的十一届三中全会以来,我们以加速农村工业化、城市化进程,率先达到小康水平,建成“湖北第一村”为目标,发扬“一闯二创,稳打实干”的企业精神,高起点发展村办企业,优化农村产业结构,全村经济和社会发展年年迈大步,一年一个新台阶。1993年,共完成工农业总产值27531万元,其中企业总产值27291万元,实现利税4168万元,分别比上年增长102%、100%和282%。全村人平纯收入达2043元。多年来,我们村多次被国家农业部和省委、省政府评为发展乡镇企业的先进单位。最近,省委、省政府又授予我们村党总支全省基层党组织“十面红旗”称号。回顾总结成立幸福集团公司以来的发展历程,我们的主要体会和措施是:

Over the years, our village has repeatedly been awarded the advanced unit of the development of township enterprises by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Provincial Party Committee, and the provincial government.
