在1980～1995年向里昂法兰西/中东畸形登记处报告的23925例出生缺陷中有4例为宫内接触过黄热病减毒活疫苗（YFV）,以后又有2例接种疫苗后流产的报告,从而促使人们在国际范围内收集资料以评估妊娠早期应用YFV的安全性。
Four of the 23,525 birth defects reported to the Lyon-French / Middle East Deformity Registry between 1980 and 1995 were reported intrauterine live attenuated live attenuated yellow fever vaccine (YFV) and two more were reported after the vaccination , Prompting people in the international community to collect information to assess the safety of YFV in early pregnancy.
