以发酵法制酒精所得付产物杂醇为原料,经脱水、蒸馏后,在不同催化剂作用下与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,成功制备了高分子材料用增塑剂邻苯二甲酸双C_(3-5)酯(DC_(3-5)P)。测定了该产物的沸程、密度、折光指数、粘度等物化常数和酸值,提出了较适宜的反应条件、通过红外光谱确定了产物的结构。经测试,该增塑剂的主要使用性能均优于国内产量最高、广泛使用的增塑剂DBP(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯),部份指标明显优于国内外公认的标准增塑剂DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)。本文对DC_(3-5)的增塑机理进行了探讨,从增塑理论上解释了此增塑剂性能优良的原因。
The fusel alcohol obtained from fermentation of alcohol was used as raw material. After dehydration and distillation, the product was reacted with phthalic anhydride under different catalysts to prepare the polymer material with plasticizer bis-C 3- 5) Ester (DC_ (3-5) P). The boiling point, density, refractive index, viscosity and other physico-chemical constants and acid value of the product were determined. The more suitable reaction conditions were proposed and the structure of the product was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. After testing, the main performance of the plasticizer are better than the domestic production of the most widely used plasticizer DBP (dibutyl phthalate), some indicators significantly better than the standard plasticizer at home and abroad recognized DOP (Dioctyl phthalate). In this paper, the plasticizing mechanism of DC_ (3-5) is discussed, and the reason of the plasticizer’s excellent performance is explained from the plasticizing theory.
