为了优化黄连解毒汤膜分离前的预处理方式,该文以黄连解毒汤为研究对象,通过不同的预处理方式调节溶液环境及物料流变特征,分别考察不同溶液环境对膜通量、共性高分子物质去除率、指标性成分透过率等指标的影响。研究发现,絮凝时的膜通量最高,指标性成分透过率高(>94.8%),共性高分子物质截留率较高;减压抽滤和调节pH为9时次之;调节pH和絮凝时指标性成分透过率相对较高,膜污染的主要因素为膜堵塞阻力。综合各项指标,以絮凝的预处理效果最佳,调节pH为9时次之。
In order to optimize the pretreatment method for the separation of Huanglian Jiedu decoction membrane, this paper took Huanglian Jiedu Decoction as the research object, through different pretreatment methods to adjust the solution environment and the material rheological characteristics, separately investigated the membrane flux, common high Molecular material removal rate, the index of the composition of the impact of indicators such as transmittance.
