胰腺囊性肿瘤是一类较为少见的肿瘤,由于其生长缓慢且位置较深,症状和体征均缺乏典型性,临床上容易误诊或漏诊。近年来,随着胰腺外科和影像学等专业的发展,对胰腺囊性肿瘤的研究不断深入,并已取得不少进展,这对于帮助早期诊断胰腺囊性肿瘤,决定治疗方案,选择手术方式和预测疾病预后都起到了积极的作用。笔者就胰腺囊性肿瘤的临床诊断与治疗的进展作一综述。
