中职学生处于青春期往往有逆反心理,如果强迫他们去改效果甚微,如能成功地与学生进行心灵碰撞则收效甚巨,这种心灵的碰撞能使学生明白老师的良苦用心,会使学生意识到自身存在的问题,会对老师指出自身问题的行为心存感激,进而能说服学生下定决心去改。心灵碰撞直接决定德育工作的成败,笔者认为做到以下两个方面就能达到心灵碰撞的目的:情感激励;耐心引导。 Secondary vocational students tend to have reverse psychology during their adolescence.
