中职学生处于青春期往往有逆反心理,如果强迫他们去改效果甚微,如能成功地与学生进行心灵碰撞则收效甚巨,这种心灵的碰撞能使学生明白老师的良苦用心,会使学生意识到自身存在的问题,会对老师指出自身问题的行为心存感激,进而能说服学生下定决心去改。心灵碰撞直接决定德育工作的成败,笔者认为做到以下两个方面就能达到心灵碰撞的目的:情感激励;耐心引导。
Secondary vocational students tend to have reverse psychology during their adolescence. If they are forced to change the effect to a very small extent, successful collisions with students will achieve great results. Such a collision of minds will enable students to understand the good intentions of teachers and make Students aware of their own problems, teachers will be able to point out their own behavior problems grateful, and then be able to persuade students to make up their mind to change. Psychic collision directly determines the success or failure of moral education, I believe the following two aspects can achieve the purpose of mental collision: emotional stimulation; patient guidance.
