阐述目前武汉地区高性能混凝土的应用现状,及在工程实际应用中出现的常见问题,包括生产过程中的原材料质量和生产工艺问题,高性能混凝土普遍存在的外加剂和水泥的适应性问题,由于水泥生产控制指标变化带来的可泵性,抗离析性和混凝土成本性之间产生矛盾的问题,优质矿物外加剂应用问题,并对这些问题作出了切实可行的解决方法。对决定和影响武汉地区高性能混凝土生产和施工质量的几个最主要因素进行分析。
The present situation of application of high performance concrete in Wuhan area and the common problems occurred in practical application of the project are described, including the problems of raw material quality and production process in the production process, the ubiquitous admixture of high performance concrete and the adaptability of cement. The contradiction between pumpability, anti-segregation and concrete cost brought by the change of cement production control indexes, the application problems of high-quality mineral admixtures and the practical solutions to these problems. This paper analyzes and analyzes the most important factors affecting the quality of high performance concrete production and construction in Wuhan.
