老年性黄斑变性(Aging MacularDegenenation AMD)是一种常引起不可逆视力丧失的眼底病。在欧美一些国家,随着人口的老化及可治性眼病手术技术的提高,AMD已成为老年人口的主要致盲原因之一。由于本病对视力危害性大,迄今为止尚无可靠的治疗方法,因此,在欧美各国眼科界中已引起广泛的重视。
Aging Macular Degeneration (AMD) is an ocular fundus that often causes irreversible loss of vision. In some countries in Europe and the United States, AMD has become one of the major causes of blindness in the elderly population with the aging of the population and the improvement of curable eye surgery. As the disease is harmful to eyesight, so far there is no reliable treatment, therefore, in the ophthalmic community in Europe and the United States has attracted widespread attention.
