临床资料患者,女性,30岁,白种人。因面部、躯干和四肢广泛的红斑、角化性丘疹和坏死溃疡性结节2个月就诊(图1);腹股沟、臀部和口腔黏膜同样受累,掌跖部位亦有色素沉着、溃疡性丘疹和结节。2个月前患者首发症状为右前臂的无自觉症状的丘疹,逐渐蔓延至全身,并出现溃疡。自起病以来无发热、寒颤和体重减轻。否认性病史、国外旅行史、酗酒史和免疫功能缺陷史;末次性行为是5个月前与其配偶。出现皮损以来未治
