目的:研究双参克癃方抗大鼠前列腺增生的作用。方法:采用给去势大鼠每日皮下注射丙酸睾酮的方法制造前列腺增生模型,通过测定大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数及血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)含量变化,并通过对大鼠前列腺组织进行增生程度评分、计算上皮细胞高度及腺腔皱褶指数来评价药效。结果:与模型组比较,双参克癃方水提醇沉液可显著降低大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数以及血清酸性磷酸酶含量(P<0.01),抑制前列腺上皮细胞及基质的增殖,并降低大鼠腺体上皮细胞高度及腺腔皱褶指数(P<0.01)。结论:双参克癃方水提醇沉样液对前列腺增生有显著抑制作用。
Objective: To study the anti-prostatic hyperplasia effect of Shuangshen Ketang Prescription in rats. Methods: The model of prostatic hyperplasia was established by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate into ovariectomized rats. The changes of prostatic wet weight, prostatic index and serum ACP were determined. The degree of hyperplasia score, calculate the height of epithelial cells and glandular folds index to evaluate the efficacy. Results: Compared with the model group, Shuangqijikutan aqueous extract and alcohol precipitation could significantly reduce the prostatic wet weight, prostate index and serum acid phosphatase (P <0.01), and inhibit the proliferation of prostate epithelial cells and stroma Reduce the rat glandular epithelial cell height and glandular folds index (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shuangguikujian Recipe has significant inhibitory effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia.
