针对在复合材料成型工艺方法确定中,当评判指标过多时,模糊评判结果不合理及指标权值不易确定的特点,通对复合材料制件的特征、成型方法、制造资源的分析,以可制造性、生产成本、生产周期为基础,采用分层法构造了一个基于模糊数学的树形分级多目标评估体系模型。利用粗糙集理论对评判指标进行约简,采用等价闭包法和信息熵理论进行指标的权值确定,最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at the characteristics of forming process of composite material, when the judging index is too much, the result of fuzzy evaluation is not reasonable and the index weight is not easy to determine, the article analyzes the characteristics, forming method and manufacturing resource of composite material parts, Based on the method of stratification, a model of multi-objective evaluation system based on fuzzy mathematics is constructed. The rough set theory is used to reduce the evaluation index, and the equivalence closure method and information entropy theory are used to determine the weight of the index. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility of the method.
