一、前言阀门是工业生产装置中必不可少的重要部件.它量大面广,使用寿命的长短,对国民经济影响很大. 国外,阀门密封面材料,除使用Cr_13不锈钢,18-8不锈钢外,还大量采用钴基、镍基合金,后两种材料的综合性能虽然较好,但价格昂贵.国内中温阀门密封面,多采用手工堆焊2Cr13或1Cr18Ni9Ti. 多年生产实践证明,手工堆焊2Cr13材料,不仅生产效率低,材料消耗多,劳动强度大,工艺落后,更主要的是使用寿命低.为此在1975年一机部的科技发展规划中,就把研制密封面新材料,提高阀门使用寿命,列为一百项基础件攻关项目之一. 中温中压通用阀门密封面用等离子喷焊
