本文以ATMEL公司的AT89S52单片机为控制核心进行控制,采用直流电机驱动小车前进及转向,电机驱动采用电磁继电器和ULN2803芯片,电源采用双电源分别为电机和控制系统供电,提高了系统的稳定性。小车检停和判断金属颜色传感器采用红外对管(红外发光管和红外接收管),光源检测采用光敏电阻和光敏三极管做成组合光敏探测器,增强了检测光源的灵敏性。采用电感式金属传感器进行金属探测,并用蜂鸣器进行声音提示。全过程各环节采用LCD液晶显示。
