用户反馈给企业的信息同样需要企业的反馈。在上期客车企业的信息反馈功能的调查中,企业反馈平台和服务邮箱的表现,让客车用户大失所望。卡车企业又是如何呢?记者在近期用同样的方式,调查了卡车企业的服务邮箱和企业网站的信息反馈平台。本次调查的企业一共有17家,包括:一汽解放、中国重汽、东风商用车、陕西重汽、重庆红岩、福田汽车、江淮汽车、北方奔驰、华菱汽车、东风日产柴、东风新汽、东风柳汽、江铃汽车、庆铃汽车、跃进汽车、一汽哈轻、一汽红塔。
