目的:探讨人性化护理服务在分娩室自由体位分娩中的实施效果,提高护理质量水平。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月于绍兴市妇幼保健院产科进行自由体位分娩的120例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为人性化护理组和常规护理组,每组各60例。比较实施前后两组产妇对护理工作的满意度及科室护产纠纷发生率。结果:人性化护理组产妇对护理工作的满意评分为(95.43±3.25)分,常规护理组产妇满意评分为(83.54±3.15)分,组间差异显著(P<0.01);同时,人性化护理组的护产纠纷发生率(1.67%),常规护理组护产纠纷发生率(8.33%),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在自由体位分娩中实施人性化护理服务,有助于提升护理工作质量,改善护产关系,提高产妇对护理工作的满意度,促进产科整体护理质量水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing service in free delivery in delivery room and improve the quality of nursing. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016, 120 maternal women with free birth in obstetrics and gynecology department of Shaoxing MCH hospital were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table: humane nursing group and routine nursing group. Group of 60 cases. Before and after the implementation of the two groups of maternal care satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes. Results: The satisfaction rate of nurses in nursing group was (95.43 ± 3.25) points, while that in nursing group was (83.54 ± 3.15) points, the difference was significant (P <0.01). At the same time, the humanized nursing (1.67%) in the group and 8.33% in the custody nurses in the routine care group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humanized nursing service in free birth delivery helps to improve the quality of nursing work, improve the relationship between nursing and nursing, raise the satisfaction of nursing staff and improve the quality of nursing.
