柯萨奇病毒Ｂ组 (ＣＶＢ)有 6个血清型 ,即ＣＶＢ1～ 6。由于ＣＶＢ血清型多 ,采用传统疫苗预防本病难度较大。为此我们构建了ＣＶＢ1 Ｂ3型ＶＰ1基因重组质粒ｐＣＲ3 ｕｎｉＢ1Ｂ3,将该重组质粒转染后进行ＲＴ ＰＣＲ及免疫荧光检测 ,证明该表达系统可以在细胞内获得瞬时表达
