乳腺癌术后放疗常规应用60Co、X线及电子束进行照射。现对56例临床资料进行回顾性分析，目的在于观察以该方式治疗后胸壁复发情况及并发症。方法1994年2月至1995年1月共照射60例。获随访56例，全部病例均系女性，年龄最小28岁，最大71岁，中位年龄45岁。手术方式均为改良根治术 Radiotherapy for breast cancer is routinely performed with 60Co, X-rays, and electron beams.
