从化学成分、机械性能、金相组织和宏观断口等方面分析了胜利油田某江汽站稠油热采高压蒸汽输送管线爆裂的原因,结果表明,管线内壁局部的氢腐蚀,使材料内部产生晶界裂纹,造成管线严重腐蚀而减薄,不能满足管线强度和韧性的要求,致使管线发生爆裂;管线焊接热影响区及轧制过程中产生的粗大魏氏组织与爆裂也有关系.
The reasons of burst of high pressure steam delivery pipeline of heavy oil thermal recovery in a steam station of Jiangjiang River in Shengli Oilfield were analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure and macroscopic fracture surface. The results show that local hydrogen corrosion on the inner wall of the pipeline causes the crystal Causing serious pipeline corrosion and thinning, can not meet the requirements of pipeline strength and toughness, resulting in pipeline burst; heat affected zone pipeline and the rolling process of the production of coarse Widman’s organization also has a relationship with the burst.
