建筑工程主体验收时,经常发现钢筋砖过梁的砌筑方法是:首先砌一皮丁砖,然后在丁砌层上铺设砌筑砂浆,放置预先准备好的钢筋,接着再砌砖。这种施工程序与《砖石工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ203—83)中第4.2.13条的规定不符合,即钢筋砖过梁中的受拉钢筋摆放位置不正确。 产生这种不正确砌筑方法的原因有:①对先立樘子的门、窗洞口减少了一道必要的支模程序。②对于后立樘子的门、窗洞口,即使支模也不那么严格,而是在模板的支承端下部100mm处,插入砌
When the main body of a building project is inspected, it is often found that the masonry method of the reinforced brick lintel is to first pave a piding brick, then lay the masonry mortar on the dike layer, place the pre-prepared reinforcement, and then build the brick. This construction procedure is inconsistent with the provisions of Article 4.2.13 of the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Masonry and Stone Projects” (GBJ203-83), that is, the placement of tensioned reinforcement bars in the reinforced concrete lintel is not correct. The reasons for this incorrect masonry method are as follows: (1) The need to establish a necessary mold-supporting procedure for the doors and window openings of the pre-existing dumplings. 2 For the door and window openings of the post-laying box, even if the mold is not so rigid, it is inserted at the lower part of the support end of the formwork, 100mm.
