1922年2月2日1922年2月2日,华盛顿会议第三十次全体委员会召开,讨论关于中国要求废除“二十一条”的问题。次日,在第三十一次全体委员会议(即末次会议)上,中国代表声明:中国对于“二十一条”始终视为事实上之压迫,不承认有法律效力,必须废止全约。美国代表声明:注重门户开放,要求利益均沾。关于“二十一条”之讨论以无结果告终,仅将3国声明载入会议记录。中国代表要求终成泡影。
February 2, 1922 On February 2, 1922, the thirtieth Plenary Committee of the Washington meeting was convened to discuss the issue of China’s demand for the repeal of “Article 21”. The next day, at the 31st meeting of the Committee of the Whole (the last meeting), the representative of China stated: China has always regarded “de facto oppression” as “the twenty-one” and does not recognize that it has the force of law. It must abolish all approximately. The representative of the United States made the following statement: Focus on opening up the door and demanding benefits. The discussion on “21 ” ended in no result and included only the statements of the three countries in the minutes of the meeting. Chinese representatives demanded a final bubble.
