我校实验条件不错,有三个化学实验室和一个化学演示室,有化学药品三百多种,仪器设备也很齐全。但要满足初三到高三二十个班级,一千一百多名学生作实验,其准备工作是非常繁重的,更何况这么多工作都得由我一个人完成呢?没有一点章法是很难做好的。经过几年探索,我的实验室管理工作取得了一定的成绩,积累了一些经验。这经验可简单地用严、精、细、实四个字概括: 严就是制定严格的实验规则。 1.化学实验室必须保持安静,不得喧哗,打闹。 2.保持实验室的清洁整齐,仪器和药品按要求
Our school has good experimental conditions. There are three chemical laboratories and a chemical demonstration room. There are more than 300 kinds of chemical drugs and the equipments are complete. However, to meet the needs of students from the junior high school to the top 30 or 20 classes, more than 1,100 students are required to make experiments. The preparation work is very arduous. Not to mention the fact that so many tasks have to be completed by me alone? Difficult to do well. After several years of exploration, my laboratory management has achieved certain results and accumulated some experience. This experience can be simply summed up in the four words: strict, precise, detailed, and solid: Strict is to establish strict experimental rules. 1.
