伴随市场经济在我国的逐步建立,各类经济主体间的经营和交换活动将日趋频繁,由此所产生的新的交往方式和新的社会联系会不断出现。为此,必须尽快变革原有的产权制度,建构起一种适应市场经济发展需要,体现新型产权关系,并能够明确界定和调整市场主体在具体社会交往中的财产权益的新型法律关系体系。这是我国能否真正迈进社会主义市场经济健康发展轨道的关键。本文试就产权关系变革与市场经济法律关系的建构间的内在联系,略论管见。
With the gradual establishment of a market economy in our country, the operation and exchange activities among various economic entities will become increasingly frequent. New forms of communication and new social connections will thus emerge. To this end, we must change the original system of property rights as soon as possible and construct a new type of legal relationship system that meets the needs of market economy development, reflects the relationship of new property rights, and clearly defines and adjusts the property rights and interests of market players in specific social interactions. This is the key to whether our country can truly move into a sound path of socialist market economy development. This article tries to analyze the inherent relationship between the reform of ownership and the construction of the legal relationship of market economy.
