从可持续发展的概念与本质出发．对能源、环境、经济三者之间的关系进行了分析，提出了环境保护、能源供需稳定、经济发展“三位一体论”，并结合我国现状建立了一个基于可持续发展的能源、环境、经济分析模型．
Starting from the concept and essence of sustainable development. This paper analyzes the relationship among energy, environment and economy, proposes “Trinity” of environmental protection, stability of supply and demand of energy and economic development, and establishes an energy, environment and economic analysis based on sustainable development model.
