目的 制备盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)缓释胶囊。方法 通过正交试验优选处方组成,用流化床对空白丸芯进行喷雾包衣,并对最终选定处方进行验证。结果 最终选定处方各项指标均符合该制剂设计要求。结论 盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)缓释微丸的处方设计和工艺方法可行,且产品质量稳定。
Objective To prepare diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release capsules. Methods Orthogonal test prescriptions by composition, with a fluidized bed blank pellet spray coating, and the final selected prescription validation. Results The final selected prescriptions all met the design requirements of the preparation. Conclusion The formulation and process of diltiazem hydrochloride sustained-release pellets are feasible and the product quality is stable.
