目的:风湿平是昆明山海棠复方,由经典复方调制而成,具有免疫抑制、细胞拮抗及抗炎镇痛作用,本文报告其抗佐剂性关节炎的作用。方法:大鼠分为5组:对照,昆明山海棠大、中、小剂量及强的松组,每天给药一次,连续28天或14天,以窄带尺量取左、右关节肿。结果:风湿平能很好控制佐剂性关节炎大鼠,不论是对佐剂侧治疗,还是对非佐剂侧治疗,而且以对非佐剂侧治疗为佳。结论:风湿平有良好的免疫抑制作用。
Objective: Fengshiping is a compound of Kunming Mountain Begonia extract, which is made up of classical compound prescriptions. It has immunosuppression, cell antagonism, and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. This article reports its anti-adjuvant arthritis effect. METHODS: Rats were divided into 5 groups: control, large, medium, and small doses of Kunming Shanzhe, and prednisone group. They were administered once a day for 28 days or 14 days. Left and right joint swollen masses were taken with a narrow band. RESULTS: Rheumatoid arthritis was a good control of adjuvant arthritis in rats, either on the adjuvant side or on the non-adjuvant side, and it was better on the non-adjuvant side. Conclusion: Rheumatoid arthritis has a good immunosuppressive effect.
