医疗纠纷是新形势下一个社会难点问题,各地都在积极寻求解决办法。2009年,福建省南平市建立了全省首家医患纠纷调处中心。四年间,他们各方求证,反复解析,大胆创新探索,终于创制了得到各省同行广泛认同、国家相关部门高度认可的医疗纠纷“南平解法”。这其中,有一位皓首穷经的解题人、带头人,他就是福建省南平市医患纠纷调处中心主任龚选民。
Medical disputes are a social problem under the new situation. All localities are actively seeking solutions. In 2009, Nanping City, Fujian Province established the province’s first medical dispute mediation center. In the past four years, all parties concerned verified their evidence, repeatedly analyzed and boldly innovated and explored them. Finally, they have created the medical dispute “Nanping Solution” widely recognized by counterparts in various provinces and highly recognized by relevant state departments. Among them, there is a Haoshouqiongjing problem-solving people, the leader, he is Nanping City, Fujian Province, director of Dispute Mediation Center Gong voters.
