采用取样分析和人工接种培养观察的方法,首次对白芷根腐病的初侵染来源,病菌的侵入途径和影响病害发生的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明:病菌菜豆壳球孢在白芷地中大量存在,白芷表面带菌是病害发生的主要初侵染来源,对于新鲜的健康白芷,病菌只能从伤口侵入,但对已发生一定程度萎蔫的白芷,病菌也可以从周皮侵入。高温,通风透气不良及白芷活力的下降有利于病害的发生。本研究为白芷根腐病的防治研究提供了依据。
The methods of sampling analysis and artificial inoculation were used for the first time to study the source of primary infection of root rot of Angelica dahuricae, pathways of pathogenic bacteria intrusion and main factors affecting the occurrence of the disease. The results showed that there was a large number of pathogenic bacteria, Ipomoea batatas in Angelica dahurica, Angelica dahurica surface infection was the main source of primary infection, for fresh and healthy Angelica dahurica, the pathogen can only invade from the wound, but to a certain degree of wilting Angelica dahurica , Bacteria can also invade from the peritoneum. High temperature, ventilation and poor ventilation and Angelica vitality decline is conducive to the occurrence of disease. This study provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of root rot of Angelica dahuricae.
