教育管理学上有一句名言:“一个好校长,就是一所好学校”;而在学校的发展过程中,教师则是关键群体和核心力量。可以说,教师的专业素养决定了一所学校未来的发展前景。那么,校长与教师的关系应该如何?校长的角色定位又该怎样,才能更好地发挥教师工作的积极性?在当今社会对职业教育存在观念偏差的情况下,我们该如何正确认识职业教育,理清其发展方向?带着这些问题,本刊特采访杭州市闲林职业高级中学校长丁卫东,希望借此与全国职业教育学校名优校长共同探讨之。
