2004年2月,省政府下达《河南省人民政府关于rrrrrrrrn建立信阳黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护区的批复》(豫政rrrrrrrrn文[2004]31号)。同意建立黄缘闭壳龟省级自然保护rrrrrrrrn区,保护区面积123260公顷,省农业厅为主管部门。
In February 2004, the provincial government issued the “Reply of the People’s Government of Henan Province on the Establishment of the Xinyang Yellow-rimmed Turtle-tortoise Provincial Nature Reserve” (Yuzheng r r r r r r r r n [2004] No. 31). Agreed to establish a yellow-rimmed turtle tortoise provincial-level nature reserve, protected area of 123,260 hectares, the provincial Department of Agriculture as the competent department.
