医院慢一步 产妇命归西1997年11月3日下午,河南省济源市市民韩小梅被送到济源市计划生育指导站待产。分娩前后,韩小梅持续发冷、心慌,值班医生未采取任何措施。9点50分左右,韩小梅呈休克状态,医生被喊来进行抢救。因产妇需要输血,韩小梅的家属迅即到济源市血库取血浆,血浆取来后,计生站的化验室却没有值班人员,费尽周折才找来化验员。11点20分,医生诊断羊水栓塞,行子宫切除。手术在病房中进行,待取出子宫,产妇出现呼吸循环衰竭,于11月4日凌晨死亡。
The hospital took one step at a time. On the afternoon of November 3rd, 1997, Han Xiaomei, a citizen of Jiyuan City, Henan Province, was sent to Jiyuan City Family Planning Guidance Station for work. Before and after the childbirth, Han Xiaomei continued to feel cold and panicked. The doctor on duty did not take any measures. Around 9:50, Han Xiaomei was in a state of shock and the doctor was called to rescue. Because mothers need blood transfusions, Han Xiaomei’s family immediately went to the blood bank of Jiyuan City to take blood plasma. After the blood plasma was taken, the laboratory of Jisheng Station had no on-duty personnel and was exhausted before finding a lab technician. At 11:20, the doctor diagnosed amniotic fluid embolism and performed hysterectomy. The operation was performed in the ward. After the uterus was removed, the mother had respiratory and circulatory failure and died in the early morning of November 4.
