应用ALOKASSD - 630B型超声显像仪测量 7- 2 1岁近视眼患者眼轴 2 32人 (448眼 ) ,正视眼 53人(1 0 6眼做为对照组的眼轴。结果男性眼轴长于女性 ;近视眼轴长于正视眼轴 ;性别与眼轴无明显关系。在不同屈光度之间 ,眼轴差异非常显著 ,眼轴长应随屈光度增加而增长 ,结果提示在青少年近视眼中 ,眼轴的增长是近视眼程度增加的重要成因 ,眼轴为近视形成的主要因素。
The ALOKASSD - 630B ultrasound imaging system was used to measure the axial length of 32 32 eyes (448 eyes) and 53 eyes (53 eyes) of 106 eyes as control group.Results Male axial length Female.The axial length of myopia was higher than that of the frontal axis.The gender had no significant relationship with the axial.The axial difference between the different diopters was very significant.The length of the axial length should increase with the increase of the refraction.The results suggest that in the young myopia, Growth is an important cause of increased myopia, axial length of myopia is the main factor.
