智能建筑技术在我国的发展历程已过十年,随着国内建筑市场的发展,目前我国建筑智能化已成为全球最大的市场。近十年来智能建筑的行业管理逐步健全和规范,随着 IT 技术的发展智能建筑所采用的技术、产品、系统也获得了相应的发展。但从规划设计、工程实施、运营管理、维护等各环节还存在着许多不足之处,特别是有关建筑智能化的系统集成,值得更进一步商榷和讨论。为此,建设部科技委智能建筑技术开发推广中心和中国智能建筑业协会智能建筑专业委员会联合于2005年5月19日在北京建
Intelligent building technology has been developing in our country for over ten years. With the development of the domestic construction market, at present, China’s building intelligence has become the largest market in the world. Over the past decade, the industry management of intelligent buildings has been gradually improved and standardized. With the development of IT technology, the technologies, products and systems adopted by intelligent buildings have also been developed accordingly. However, there are still many shortcomings in various aspects such as planning and design, project implementation, operation management, and maintenance. Especially, the system integration of intelligent building is worth further discussing and discussing. To this end, the Ministry of Construction Science and Technology Commission intelligent building technology development and promotion center and China Association of Intelligent Building Intelligent Building Professional Committee jointly organized in Beijing on May 19, 2005
