由于出生人口的负增长和农业人口的转移,我区所辖6个乡(镇、办)56所村小学生数不足25人的班级多达60%以上。如何让小班额的资源优势在促进学生发展、教育质量提高方面发挥作用、产生效益?如何为每一个学生提供适合的教育,真正实现基础教育的发展均衡?区教研室申请并主持的安徽省2013年度教育科学研究立项课题《多元智能理论视域中农村小班化教学策略研究》,正是基于对上述“问题”理性思考后而做出的
