In order to investigate the factors associated with high mortality and complications in patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by creation, a group of traumatic patients with systolic blood pressure below 12 kPa measured at outpatient or emergency room was used to predict the occurrence of death, organ failure and infection. Results The mortality rate was as high as 55.34% in 103 patients with hemorrhagic shock. Only 44.66% patients survived ≥24 hours. Among them, 28.07% had infection and 35.09% had organ depletion. It indicates that hemorrhagic shock in trauma patients causes higher mortality and complications. And the result of the research is that the perfusion of a large amount of crystalloid leads to an increase of the mortality rate
