目的:探讨意识指数和脑电双频谱指数监测在小儿全身麻醉诱导中的应用价值。方法:选择于2015年4月至2016年4月兴宁市人民医院择期手术的患儿42例,使用丙泊酚等做麻醉诱导,在麻醉诱导的过程中对患儿意识反应情况加以测试,借助于镇静/警觉评价患儿镇静的深度,并记录评价评分即刻的意识指数,与脑端双频谱指数做对比。结果:在诱导期间,进行镇静/警觉评分(4±1)次,在镇静/警觉评分为5分与评分为0分时,意识指数值与脑电双频谱指数值的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),镇静/警觉评分为0分时意识指数值均要比镇静/警觉评分为5分时低(P<0.05);镇静/警觉评分与意识指数值、脑电双频谱指数值以及意识指数值与脑电双频谱指数值均呈正相关关系。结论:意识指数值可将丙泊酚麻醉诱导期间小儿镇静深度反映出来。
Objective: To investigate the value of consciousness index and bispectral index monitoring in induction of general anesthesia in children. METHODS: Forty-two children undergoing elective surgery at Xingning People’s Hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were enrolled in this study. Propofol was used to induce anesthesia. During the induction of anesthesia, children’s conscious reactions were tested. The severity of sedation in children was evaluated by sedation / alerting, and the immediate awareness index was recorded and compared with the brain-end dual-spectrum index. Results: During the induction period, the sedation / vigilance score was (4 ± 1) times. When the sedation / vigilance score was 5 and the score was 0, the difference between the value of consciousness index and that of bispectral index was statistically significant (P <0.05). When the sedation / alertness score was 0, the value of consciousness index was lower than that of the sedation / alertness score by 5 points (P <0.05). The sedation / alertness score and the value of consciousness index, bispectral index Values and Awareness Index values were positively correlated with EEG bispectral index values. CONCLUSION: Awareness index values reflect the sedation depth of pediatric patients during propofol anesthesia induction.
