我部自1976年以来,应用中西医结合的切开挂线方法治疗肛瘘120例,疗效满意,报告如下. 一、临床资料本组120例,其中男性112例,女性8例.年龄最大者64岁,最小者16岁,其中20～45岁者居多,约占90%.病程最短者为2个月,最长者为20年,多数为2年左右.高位肛瘘31例,低位肛瘘89例.有8例曾做过手术治疗(切开排脓不算).有的手术作过2次以上.
Since 1976, our department has applied 120 cases of anal fistula with the method of incision and hang-off of integrated traditional and western medicine, and the curative effect is satisfactory. The report is as follows: First, clinical data The group of 120 cases, 112 males and 8 females. The oldest 64 Years old, the youngest 16 years old, of which 20 to 45 years old are mostly, accounting for about 90% .The shortest course of 2 months, the longest 20 years, most of 2 years or so.High fistula in 31 cases, low anal fistula in 89 cases There are 8 cases had surgery (incision pus is not counted.) Some operations have done more than 2 times.
