我们对某人民医院婴儿室出生三天以内新生儿皮肤分离到的血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（以下简称CNS）进行了研究。新生儿皮肤CNS带菌率为37．5％，木糖葡萄球菌为其主要生化型。62％CNS菌株产生粘质，耐药率高达100％，对VAN、NOR较敏感。60％耐PG－ERY－GEN－AMP这一模式抗生素的CNS菌株只携带一个54Kb质粒。
We conducted a study of plasma coagulase-negative staphylococcus aureus (CNS) isolated from the skin of newborns within three days after birth in a People’s Hospital baby room. Neonatal skin CNS carrier rate of 37.5%, Staphylococcus xylosus as its main biochemical. 62% CNS strains produce mucilage, the rate of resistance up to 100%, VAN, NOR more sensitive. Sixty percent of the antibiotic-resistant CNS strains resistant to PG-ERY-GEN-AMP carried only one 54Kb plasmid.
