采用AC-GTAW工艺进行Al-6.3Cu铝合金电弧填丝单道多层成形试验,针对不同热输入、空气和氩气两种环境及不同送丝速度条件,研究过程参数及环境气氛对成形件内部气孔的影响。结果表明,热输入对气孔的影响最大,控制热输入能减少试件中气孔数量和大小;在适当控制热输入条件下,采用氩气环境和低送丝速度可显著减少内部气孔缺陷。试验发现,I=125 A,vTS=0.30 m/min,氩气环境下,vWFS=2.0 m/min时,气孔数量最少,尺寸最小。
The AC-GTAW process was used to test the single-layer multi-layer forming of Al-6.3Cu aluminum arc wire.
