我国高血压性脑出血约占脑卒中的21％～48％,比西方国家的10％～15％高得多,所以脑出血是我国脑卒中的主要死亡原因,采取有效对策挽救脑出血患者的生命是临床医生的重要职责。如何降低死亡率?笔者结合临床并复习文献就治疗方面存在的问题作一探讨。
