本文的目的在于论述与安全有关的漏电保护的两个参数——动作电阻值和动作时间。在矿井三相电网对地电容较大的情况下,动作时间对于安全来讲尤为重要。 本文还介绍了一个采用人为接地分路装置的安全合理的漏电保护系统。
The purpose of this article is to address the two parameters of safety-related leakage protection - the operating resistance and the operating time. In the mine three-phase power grid capacitance to the larger circumstances, the action time is particularly important for safety. This article also introduces a safe and reasonable leakage protection system using artificial grounding shunt device.
