本文探讨健康教育沟通本在膝关节置换术后患者治疗中的应用效果。将62例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按常规健康教育路径进行健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上使用健康教育沟通本进行有计划和针对性的健康教育和指导锻炼,两组均进行常规康复治疗。将入院后2周、1个月进行膝关节HSS评分比较,比较两组术后康复效果认同情况。结果观察组术后各阶段膝关节HSS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组对健康教育沟通本模式的认可度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论观察组使用健康教育沟通本后通过医护治患有效的沟通,有助于调动患者康复锻炼的积极性,从而提高康复效果。
This article explores the application of health education communication in the treatment of patients after knee replacement. Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was educated according to the routine health education path. The observation group used the health education communication book to conduct planned and targeted health education and guidance exercise on the basis of the control group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation. After 2 weeks and 1 month after admission, knee HSS scores were compared, and the comparisons were made between the two groups. Results The postoperative HSS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.01). The acceptance rate of the health education communication model in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The observation group used the communication of health education to communicate effectively through the medical and healthcare system later, which helps to mobilize the patients’ enthusiasm for rehabilitation exercise and improve the rehabilitation effect.
