病毒性心肌炎目前已成为危害人民健康的常见心脏病。病变除累及心肌外可波及心包,心内膜,甚至导致冠状动脉炎症。因此临床表现多种多样。国内有些学者根据临床特点将其分为心律失常型,心力衰竭型等。现将我院遇到11例少见类型报告如下: 资料分析本组11例患者根据1987年全国心肌炎,心肌病诊治专题座谈会制订的标准,临床诊断为病毒性心肌炎。其中6例心肌活检病理证实为心肌炎症,未发现风湿小结的存在。11例中心肌心包炎型2例、冠脉型3例、心肌内膜炎型1例,扩张型心肌病充血期
