第一章 总则 第一条 为继承和发扬中医药学,发挥我市中医中药资源优势,适应人民群众日益增长的卫生服务需求,保护人民健康,根据国家有关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本条例。 第一条 本条例所称中医,含中医、中西医结合医和民族医。 第三条 本条例适用于本市行政区域内中医医疗、预防、保健、康复、教学、科研、外事等活动。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 To inherit and promote Chinese medicine and pharmacy, to give full play to the advantages of the city’s traditional Chinese medicine resources, to meet the people’s growing demand for health services, and to protect the health of the people. This is based on the relevant laws and regulations of the State and the city’s actual conditions. Regulations. Article 1 The term “medicine” as mentioned in these Regulations includes Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and ethnic medicine. Article 3 These Regulations shall apply to the activities of TCM medical treatment, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, teaching, scientific research and foreign affairs within the administrative area of this Municipality.
